American actor and producer Tom Cruise is now 48 years old with a younger wife and a beautiful daughter. He’s also a very good actor having been nominated for three Academy awards and having won three Golden Globe Awards. He’s starred in a number of memorable hit movies such as the Generation X classic Risky Business which also made his career, Top Gun, Mission Impossible and of course let’s not forget Jerry Maguire. With so much going on with his life and with old age creeping in, it’s hard to keep the weight off.

The media tabloids have always pointed out how Tom seems to be the boss of Katie but this time around, it’s Katie herself who is doing all the talking about Tom Cruise’s fitness exercise program and weight loss diet plan!

Katie has offered to become Tom’s weight loss help by putting him on a strict weight loss diet plan which includes lowering his carbohydrate intake and cutting out sweet snacks on his diet plan.
One source had told OK! Magazine that Katie likes to bake tasty treats like cookies and brownies before for Tom since it’s her husband’s weakness but that was before she was whipping him back to fitness! And before he’s asked her to not make them so that she could be his weight loss help. Instead, Katie is now filling his diet plan with lean protein and veggies. The source claims, “She also has him eating fewer carbs and more lean protein as part of his new weight loss diet plan. So instead of filling his plate with lots of pasta and red meat, she’s ordered him to load up his diet plan with autumn vegetables like squash and sweet potatoes, as well as chicken and fish.”

Katie has her own fitness exercise program for herself which keeps her as sexy as she is now even after years has gone by since she had played the role of tomboy Joey Potter on the late 90’s teen drama show “Dawson’s Creek”. She gets her cardio exercise by being an avid runner. She has even run in a marathon. And now, she’s sharing her own fitness training exercise tips to her husband Tom. That’s right! Katie has not only appointed herself as husband Tom’s very own weight loss help, she’s also become his fitness trainer. Katie now encourages Tom to incorporate cardio exercise in his fitness exercise program by running two miles a day.
The source said that Tom Cruise is now doing cardio exercises by running four times a week. But this is actually just one part of Tom’s fitness exercise program and weight loss plan. There’s still one more wife and fitness trainer Katie does to whip her superstar husband Tom Cruise to fitness. Tom Cruise’s fitness exercise and weight loss secret is sex! Lots of it! Yes, you read that right.  The couple has increased their sexual romps because Katie read that having sex three to four times a week can burn 600 calories so it’s a great fitness exercise!
And what does husband Tom Cruise think about Katie’s fitness exercise program? “Tom thinks the sex order is the best part of Katie’s fitness exercise program and weight loss diet plan, and he’s promised to up the bedroom romps whenever they are in the same town… just for the sake of keeping the weight off!” dishes the insider.
