He is a longtime Vegetarian.
Exercise
His workout consisted of cardio, weights and yoga. He exercised for at least 3.5 hours, six days a week. Focusing on building strength through abdominal and lower-body, using an oversize exercise ball working out specific muscles each day. Then he would do cardio like martial arts and cycling, and gymnastics.
