The gorgeous celebrity that made the top 5 list of most beautiful men a few years back, has a full throttled life and still gets the time he needs to put his body to work. Find out how he does it, if you keep reading below!

Love Diet

Ryan Seacrest apparently used to be overweight and so in order to shed pounds, and more importantly, to stay his trim Idol hosting self, he stays strict through the week and then lets himself eat whatever and whenever on the weekends. Anybody can take this diet advice. It’s a balance of discipline with regular allowances. That’s the Ryan Seacrest diet tip for amazing weight loss.
Ryan Seacrest stopped eating to impress a girl. You need serious motivation to lose weight. The ‘American Idol’ presenter was bullied for being the chubby kid at school but decided to get in shape after he developed a crush on a blonde classmate. He told femalefirst.co.uk: “I had no courage to ask her out. So I started throwing away my lunch – I had been eating two sandwiches. For three months, I’d only eat an orange or a grapefruit, depending on the day, not a very nutritious diet.” Now that he is older, Seacrest admits his priorities have changed and he now puts work ahead of his personal life so his weight loss routine has changed. He explained to “Details” magazine: “I completely fell into a relationship and I didn’t want to, I remember having conversations like, ‘This is so weird for me, because I’m not supposed to like anyone until I’ve achieved what I want to achieve.’ “In fact, the 35-year-old star is such a workaholic his friends are worried he will never find the time to commit.
Next, Ryan Seacrest plans on teaming up with Jamie Oliver, showing up soon in American cities where the collective population is too fat. Seacrest and Oliver are teaming up for a reality show that’s as now unnamed but is scheduled to hit the airwaves on ABC which is said has already ordered up six hours of shows.
After Ryan Seacrest will show up alongside his pal Jamie with great diet ideas in America’s chubbiest cities, they will put all porkers on a diet plan. According to Reuters, “the series is loosely inspired on Oliver’s acclaimed school lunch project in the U.K., where the chef set about to improve healthy eating for weight loss.”

After his star-making turn as a vampire on “Buffy” and taking a bite out of crime as an FBI agent on FOX’s “Bones”, David Boreanaz will be seen next year in a film called “Our Lady of Victory” where he plays Ed Rush, an NBA Official. Not like he wasn’t already prepared physically for the role, David pushed up a notch his training and you can read all about that and some diet suggestions right here!

David Boreanaz’s Diet

“I maintain a pretty strict diet and fitness program because you’re always in the pool for other roles, so you have to be constantly ready. I follow a diet plan for my health, and creative performances for what I do, it helps me get the engines rolling in the morning.”

David Boreanaz’s Workout

In a recent interview, David Boreanaz told “Men’s Fitness” magazine about his weight loss tools: “I david_boreanaz_04usually tone up with core-strength workouts. I do them four times a week with a trainer I’ve been with for about five years now; his name is Andre Hudson. He puts me through a rigorous course of male weight loss incorporating cardio with strength training.  I work out mostly for my health, but for creative purposes, it helps me get the engines rolling in the morning. I work out in the morning, before my day starts. So if I have a 7 a.m. call time (start shooting a movie), I’m doing my hour long workout program starting at 6 a.m. As it gets into the week, the workouts usually get pushed back, but as long as I get three or four in a week, I’m fine, so I don’t buy exercise equipment.”

Given David Boreanaz’s hectic schedule alone with the family demands, better be in great shape. Although there have been reports of marital problems between David and his wife, we hope that everything works out for the best! By the way, congratulations to David and his wife Jamie, they are expecting their second child next year.
