Will Smith’s diet tips for the movie “I, Robot” were using a high-protein, high-carbohydrate diet program. His usual diet program is more restrictive imposing a low carb diet and No Junk Food.
Exercise
To prepare for the movie “I, Robot” Will worked out five days a week with everything he could get his hands on, including treadmill exercise and weight exercise equipment. Each workout session he would focus on one or two body parts until failure. He ran at least 5 miles 6 days a week, and he boxed twice a week. Typically when not filming he works out everyday.
It took him three month to increase his ability to lift with 35pounds, reaching 385pounds. At that point he reduced the fat intake and increased carb consumption, which he needed for his workouts. At the end of six months, Smith’s body fat went down from 12 to 7.5 percentage.
