Nick Carter Celebrity Diet and Workout. His diet and workout plan have got him in great shape. Nick took upon him the goal to achieve a healthy weight loss of 44 lbs in 2006 while on his reality series “House of Carters” on E!. He was 224 lbs and told US Weekly “I’d become depressed. Something deep down inside of me said, I’m tired of being this person, and I want to lose weight! Diet
With his healthy diet plan, Nick would eat diet meals every 3 hours to get his metabolism revved up and limited his calories to 1,400 per day. He ate a lot of salads and powerbars. He limited his alcohol intake because of the empty calories, but still allows himself a cheat day for ice cream, which he could, being on a rapid weight loss diet.
Exercise
He was at the gym 6 days a week lifting weights and workout on an elliptical exercise for cardio. Is now known to work with Personal Trainer Mike Hazard. His regimen currently is weight lifting, boxing, and cardio workouts 5 times a week.
