Mark Wahlberg follows diet programs that work: a strict low carb diet plan, and doesn’t eat any carbohydrates after 6 pm. Exercise
He works out 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week doing Weightlifting. Mark picks two or three body parts to focus on and works out hard and fast. He doesn’t exercise his abs. Mark hates cardio, and dislikes treadmill exercise. “Running on a treadmill? I’d rather watch a chicken roast. It doesn’t feel like I would lose weight naturally.”
