The teenage father had bared it all out on public – when it comes to his life and dramas with the Palin family. The hockey player and ex-future-son-in-law of Sarah Palin had talked to the media about “alleged” reasons behind why Sarah Palin quit the governor position in Alaska and he posed for GQ magazine shirtless with his son, Johnston. And now, he’s getting the attention because he once again, showcased his sexy body by posing for Playgirl Magazine, this time taking off more than just his shirt! Read on below to find out how this already hunky teenage father and favorite media tabloid celebrity prepared for his highly anticipated photo shoot through a healthy weight loss diet plan and a disciplined fitness exercise program.
Levi Johnston’s Diet Plan
So how did he prepare for this much hyped up, much talked about and certainly much anticipated cover boy magazine gig? First off, Levi Johnston talked about going on a weight loss diet plan. To prepare his body for the magazine’s photo shoot, he went on a weight loss program, a diet plan of high-protein, low carb diet.
His favorite thing to eat? Moose meat! And this hunky dude even went to great lengths by doing his own hunting! Johnston’s fitness trainer, Marvin Jones, told People magazine that moose meat is not only high in protein, it’s also very lean and because the youngster is such an eager hunter, he collects his own meat. The weight loss program that Levi was in: a high-protein, low carb diet plan was the best diet for this cover boy who needed to get the chiseled look in a quick turnaround time.

And because Levi Johnston didn’t want to disappoint, in addition to undergoing a diet plan of high-protein, low carb diet, the hunky father also prepared for his shoot by following a fitness exercise program. His fitness exercise program? A hard core and old-school fitness training to boot! His fitness training exercise is done for three hours every day, six days a week. His fitness exercise program consists of doing weight training and cardio exercises. To cool down after his fitness training exercises, he takes a sauna bath. According to his fitness trainer, Marvin Jones, Levi Johnston’s fitness training exercise program has been designed to make him look defined and toned, but not overly muscular.
“I didn’t want to give him a body builder’s look. The fitness training goal was to be more toned and more defined,” Marvin said. “I put him on a fitness exercise program that specifically targeted the shoulders – to give them a rounder, more muscular look with a fuller chest. And also part of the fitness training goal for Levi was to firm up his abs and give him a smaller waist.”
Levi Johnston was so committed to his fitness training exercise program that he reportedly got sick during the second week of his fitness training exercise program. But despite this, his fitness trainer, Marvin Jones said that even though Levi’s fitness exercise program is quite strenuous, his client had been very eager to achieve his fitness goal and he had fun doing it too!
And sure enough, when the much awaited cover shoot of Levi Johnston on Playgirl came out, all his hard work and dedication to his diet plan and fitness exercise program paid off and could be very well seen on the inside pages of the magazine as Levi bared it all for Playgirl Magazine.
