Eric William Dane, born November 9, 1972, is an American actor. He has appeared in a number of television roles throughout the 1990s and 2000s but it was his role as Dr. Mark Sloan better known as Dr. Mcsteamy on the hit drama series Grey’s Anatomy that had really earned him the Hollywood spotlight.
From there, he’s starred in a number of Hollywood movies such as Valentine’s Day, a flick with an incredible cast of what might be the fittest group of actors and actresses ever to appear in one movie. With such a ripped body, it’s no wonder that Eric “Mcsteamy” Dane has been the fantasy of millions of “desperate” housewives across the country.

Exercise Routine for Eric Dane

38 year old Dane dishes out a few tips about the kind of diet plan he keeps, his outlook in life and his fitness exercise program:
“Embrace the morning. Morning dictates everything, including the mood, scope, and pace of the day. Fuel up with a nutrient-loaded breakfast diet plan like an omelet that will stifle your appetite for hours. Look forward to the morning and your chances of conquering the day skyrocket. ‘I’m out of bed before the alarm goes off,’” Eric “Mcsteamy” Dane told Men’s Health.

eric_daneAs studies have shown, people who eat eggs for their breakfast diet plan consume less calories throughout the day then those who don’t.   A diet plan with the “incredible, edible egg” is a diet plan that is packed with protein and nutrients so this is a great food to incorporate in your own diet plan if you want a body like Eric “Mcsteamy” Dane.
As for his fitness exercise program, he says that his body of a TV star wasn’t achieved by doing fitness training exercises with the goal of having “vanity” muscles.  “Never do fitness exercises for vanity muscles.” Eric “Mcsteamy” Dane says he actually can’t bring himself to have a fitness exercise program with the goal to have abs, or biceps, or any of the other beach bulges most men want.
“People who go to the gym as an effort on their part to have a fitness exercise program and looking for a specific result is a short-lived existence, as opposed to going to the gym as part of a fitness exercise program with the intent of adopting this fitness exercise program as part of a lifestyle. Eric “McSteamy” Dane dishes out the following fitness training exercise tips for all the men out there who want to get a buff body like he does, “Develop a fitness training exercise program routine, because it’s much harder to break this fitness exercise program if you have a good fitness training exercise program routine. If you have no fitness exercise program routine, you have nothing to break, so discipline goes out the window.”
Eric “McSteamy” Dane also says that part of his fitness exercise program is getting to bed early. “Some mornings I have to go to work at 5:30, but even on off days, I find it hard to sleep past 8 o’clock. It’s already a part of my fitness training exercise program.”
“You can’t control everything that happens to you, so it’s all right to go with the flow. There’s a fair amount of stuff I don’t have any control over. At the same time, I’m becoming more motivated in my old age which includes having a healthy diet plan and a good fitness exercise program as a part of my healthy lifestyle. You just find something you’re really interested in, and that perpetuates the passion you have for it, whatever it is – including fitness exercise programs. Then you get into a groove and start looking for new ways to stretch yourself,” says the actor.
