Tom Cruise and David Beckham Celebrity Diet, Workout, and Weight Loss Tips.  Recent news show how Tom Cruise has lost 10 pounds in just six weeks thanks to the tips that his good friend David Beckham gave him regarding healthy weight loss diets. By putting together a list of exercise equipment and weight loss tips, David composed a strict regiment for Tom who had put on some weight over the past year. “He also gave him diet tips. Tom has been sticking to a low carb diet of 1,200 calories a day, mostly grilled chicken and fish with lots of vegetables, salads and fruit.


Tom has reportedly told everyone he’s in as good shape as he was in Top Gun, and that he is “thrilled” with the results of David’s program.  Tom has a private gym at his home and David has been working out with him there.  David’s workout plan for Tom included cardio with the treadmill exercise, weight training and fencing lessons.
