The actor who is currently dating Bridget Jones Diary star Renee Zellweger plays Templeton “Face” Peck in the flick and Bradley Cooper admits that he actually had a hard time getting himself into shape as his role required that the actor undergo a strict diet plan.
“I have been on this crazy getting-in-shape diet plan regimen,” he said. “It was a real shock to the system. No salt or sugar in my diet plan.”
So what kind of foods was included in his strict diet plan? “Me specifically, I don’t really have any specific foods in my diet plan. They made up a diet plan for me. And I basically just eat what they put in front of me, but it’s a lot of like boiled chicken, and brown rice, and broccoli. That’s my diet plan.”
